This is Mark Flemmer, the owner and operator of All Clear Windows & Services. Since 2007, we have provided top notch window cleaning, pressure & power washing, gutter cleaning and awning restoration to the city of Omaha and surrounding areas in Douglas, Sarpy & Washington Counties in Nebraska. We also serve Council Bluffs and surrounding areas in Iowa.
Mark Flemmer
I've lived in Nebraska most of my life. I was born in Grand Island, and moved to Omaha at a young age. My wife and I were married in the early 80's. I then served a four year term in the United States Air Force in the field of electronics, working primarily on Flight Simulators and other electronic systems, and was stationed in Oklahoma. After receiving an honorable discharge, we moved back to Omaha, where we've been ever since. We have two grown children, a son and daughter, who were born in the late 80's. I continued in the electronics trade for several years, eventually transitioning into the field of Security and related security systems. I eventually began working in trades such as roofing, drywall, painting, electrical work, window cleaning and pressure washing. Finally, in late 2006, the next logical step was to begin my own company specializing in the latter two areas of service.
Although I've had a few employees over the years, All Clear Windows & Services has always been primarily family owned and operated. While it may seem like a cliché, I truly subscribe to the philosophy of "Midwestern values" when working with customers, and in the relationships I have formed with people. We are a long-term member of the prestigious Better Business Bureau Honor Roll, and have an A+ rating. I have been an active member of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA), and have attended their conventions to learn new and better ways to do things in my trade. Omaha's premier business publication, B2B Omaha, awarded All Clear Windows & Services a "Best of B2B" designation for outstanding window cleaning service three years in a row (2011 - 2013) by way of unsolicited votes. I genuinely want all who utilize our services to feel that they've made the right choice, and I will continue to work toward that goal. I look forward to working with you!
