Your house is one of your biggest investments, and periodic washing of the gutter line, soffit, fascia and siding can prevent staining from becoming permanent, and help your home retain its market value.
We provide pressure and power washing for a variety of surfaces, such as driveways, garage floors, patios, decks, fences, and the exterior of houses or other structures.
Power washing is a type of pressure washing that includes the use of hot water and cleaning solutions. Hard surfaces such as concrete, brick, masonry and stone generally require higher water pressures and temperatures, and sometimes solvents.
When power washing house and building exteriors, different water pressures and temperatures are used depending on the surface materials. In most cases we use hot water and cleaning solutions designed to effectively and safely remove dirt and debris, but we take into account whether the siding is vinyl, aluminum, wood or stucco. Lower pressures are typically used than for hard surfaces. Power washing can also be used to prepare wood surfaces for repainting.
Other surfaces we pressure wash are wood, composite and PVC materials, which includes decks, railings and fences. For more extensive deck and fence restoration, we also provide stripping, staining and sealing of wood surfaces.
During the winter months, an ice dam is a ridge of ice that forms at the edge of a roof, on the gutter, and prevents melting snow from draining off the roof. The water that backs up behind the dam can leak into a home and cause damage to walls, ceilings, insulation, and other areas. We use a hot water producing pressure washer to melt the ice in the gutter and adjacent roof areas, eliminating the hazards ice dams can cause if neglected.
While power washing houses and building exteriors, we take into account whether the siding is vinyl, aluminum, wood, or stucco so that there's no harm caused to the exteriors.
